Ramon, the owner, sent his great son Rome to inspect my property for rodents. He did the most thorough 1 1/2 inspection. Covered every nook and cranny. He said that he would send me a report the following day, After two days I called the dad owner to check on the report. He never even had the courtesy to return my call. Either his son was doing On The Job Training or the owner did not want to use no kill traps in my kitchen.... or who knows why. .. I will never know.

Josh and Roman Jr. are excellent and highly qualified. Great job.

Unfortunately, this is not uncommon in our area. After spending an hour hearing how great a businessman and what a great company he has , from the owner. I hire him , but he doesn’t show up or call . Typical day at the office I guess.

Didn't turn up for scheduled appointment. Managed to get hold of them an hour later only to be told they can't come out until next week. Took a day off work for nothing.

I highly recommend Bugman. Roman and his team have done a fantastic job spraying my 140 pinon trees for scale, beetles and all other manner of pests. My neighbors' trees are suffering and losing needles but all of mine are green and healthy. The staff are cooperative, amiable, reliable, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. They also fertilize and spray my deciduous trees and large bushes. What a difference! I used the other well known tree service in Santa Fe. Bugman is far, far superior. 💯
