I went today (Labor Day) to use the kiosk because I had several large envelopes to mail and I didn’t want to hold up a line. I got through probably a dozen of what I needed to mail and I decided to go ahead and enter the transaction before finishing the rest. I tried two different cards and both of them were declined and I guarantee there’s plenty of money in both of those accounts. Their kiosk is outdated and needs some repair. I guess I’ll be upsetting people because I’ll have to go to stand in the regular line.
Moved to Terre Haute had a change of address and everything. Been waiting to receive my mail after 3 weeks now. I have gotten emails saying my mail would be delivered each day and over the last 2 weeks the mail person drives by. Went today to the post office cause I was waiting on important mail and again today she drove by so I went and asked them what is the problem they said I should have started getting mail last week and I told them i haven't received any mail and have watched the mail person drive by every day. They told me they would call me and let me know what is going on minds u this is the 2nd time they said they would call me and I bet they wont. I have lost packages and mail they will not help me track down. Worst place ever I'm not getting anywhere and I need my mail. I dont know what to do but call Indy on Monday and see if the can help me cause I'm not getting anywhere here.
I sent a legal document With priority, insurance and tracking the whole package they offer. It has been almost two months and I assumed they received the documents. So I lost or threw out the receipt, but I get a call saying they never received my package. I go into the post office and thinking since its 2020 they can just pull me up with my name and information. Apparently they are stuck in the past with their old systems and have no clue what happened to my package and could not help. The lady behind the counter got rude and snippy with me, given the fact I was angry after she told me there was nothing they could do. But your job is customer service not to test the customer on being rude and snippy right back.
Usps man picked up my package and I have a camera monitor on my porch and he’s the only one on the porch all day other than me and my package is missing and did not get scanned. Couldn’t go to the office because I’m among the most affected for covid and I needed that money because I have to drive way far out to find food for my son.
Need a PASSPORT... these are the people!! But you MUST make an appointment. Super friendly. Dont forget to take your passport photos with you. Any CVS does them.
