I want to thank Jeremy for helping me get back a package back that I’d sent from my home in FL to an old (bad) address in Terre Haute I had for my niece. He didn’t give up, he kept me informed, and gave me solid advice on what I needed to do if they couldn’t get it back. When it was found, he made sure the package made it to her new address. Excellent, excellent service - thank you, Jeremy!

This is a very bad working postal office. They are called transit HUB for international package sending, but the packages what come there in, stay there somewhere for weeks before they get the first arrival scan and then it needs again 3-4 Werks before they send these packages to the next facility on the way to the destination town and address for these packages.nIn my case, there are 5 packages from Wish what are stranded there. They came in to this facility onnMarch 29 , April 26 and May 2 !!!!!nThe first arrival scan was on May 23 but since them nothing anymore! Not outgoing scan and not any moving of these packages to see on the package tracking. For the first 3 packages was the delivery date in CAPE Coral in Florida already set for 5 weeks ago and the last 2 packages had to be delivered in Florida on May 15nThat is disgusting to store international packages in their facility for no reason for such a long time!!!!nWere a German company and we now want to make it public in the international news and on social media how this USPS facility does work!nA phone conversation wasn't possible because there nobody does answer any calls. Not in the morning hours and also not in the afternoon.nWe all struggle with covid19, but we make our work correct and so good as possible in this time!!!nWhen our packages not arrives in Cape Coral in the next 5 days, then we suspecting that they're maybe got stolen in this facility and give it to the police for investigation!

I want to give them a better review, but they don't answer their phone. Had a package shipped there by accident (incorrect address in eBay account), now it seems to be stuck at this post office branch.nnSure would be nice if they used their phone, assuming they have one.
