Love going their and renting videos and I've never had a bad experience yet I'll continue to go their till I can't anymore thanks for the best services a person could ask for

The worker was extremely rude and I cant believe all the family videos that have such fantastic employees are closing , then this extremely rude woman , won't be going back there

That's our favorite place sad business has been so slow rent some movies people lol 1 dollar movies can't beat it

Worst family video I've been to. Poor management an staff. They cant check in people videos or games correctly. Then few times later they want charge a late fee for their mess up. If renting xbox 1 games. Still got chargered a 20$ credit for 10year old games. Still after months there renting an an trying to build up to where the credit charge would go away. They still hit me with a credit charge well over my limit. Just beyond poor experience with them. Wont ever go back

Love coming to this one, young guys are polite, young girl knows how to talk to customers, the older lady is so sweet. My favorite Family Video of the 25th street.
