I have been to this location before, normally it is a good experience which is why it is getting two stars instead of one. The waitress tried to be nice but she seemed new and seemed to know very little, no one offered to help her with anything. We dined in, three times we went to the counter to request things, (the check, a to go cup, etc), one of those times someone in the back saw us and ignored us. I can understand them leaving it to a front staff worker, but after 5 minutes no one still had came to the front. Hope it improves quickly
Whether we dine in or have delivery it's always great, friendly and happy staff. The food is always as ordered and great. The place is always clean and fresh. Great customer service always a great experience.
Lo I u jk EDIT: This is funny because I worked here at the time of this and I’m just wondering what we were doing and what that even means! I’m assuming a typo but yes 5 stars to Pizza Hut and the crew, when I was there! I believe Crystal is still there and if so she is amazing!!
