I placed an order on their site and when I received my food is was both burnt and cold but they did give me a promo code for a replacement pizza, it was less than the value of what was messed up, but I still appreciate their effort
Ordered a pizza, and got the completely wrong order (which is no problem) the fact that I call in I didn't get a greeting or nothing. Just got a hello? And then got to a manager I suppose and he just said we'd get our order and then a sorry. Didn't even try to do anything to make sure my experience is better. Will not order again
Had to wait 90 minutes for delivery, get the pizza it hardly warm. Very little topping and more sauce then anything and the pizza crust was awful. Will never order from Pizza Hut again. The last few time their service and quality has down.
Horrible food everytime I order there. No sauce or cooked all the way and barely warm!The one by Rural king is much better. And when I called to tell them very rude!!
We ended up here because two of the Little Caesars listed on Google maps in Terre Haute were actually closed. Pizza But did fine, though; they worked with us since they were out of some things, and the parmesan chicken wings were great.
