Very polite and quick to help once I was able to talk to someone.

I was on a remote video visit with my husband and it's so cold in there that you could see his breath and you have inmates walking around with towels on their hads and wrapped up in blankets just to try and stay warm the water is not hot enough for coffee or to cook their noodles and they feed the inmates food that they feed to zoo animals come in vigo county you can go to any other county and they feed you way much better than they they do here what has vigo county become......

Thankful for their past and continuous help. Everyone there is kind and courteous and go to extremes just to help you. Their dedication is appreciated.

Members of the department and station 9 assisted me on the highway with a medical emergency March 7th. They were nothing short of amazing and I am so very thankful for all that they did to help. God bless and thank you...thank you for all that you do...every day.

I called dispatch today because my sister is missing and has been missing for 3 days!!! she is with an abusive guy who has been beating her!!!!! so I call dispatch to have a wellness check done on her!!! the man who answered the phone was so rude! he acted like I was inconveniencing!!!! him like my sister could be dead right now maybe be a little bit more sympathetic!!!!! on top of all that I called four hours ago and have not heard anything!!!! Like they could at lessed follow up with me if shes ok and not dead!!!!!!!! Ridiculous! Urs suppost to be there to HELP when we are scared!!!!!! Not make us feel like we are bugging u for needing help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
