Very nice people

I have been a resident of the housing authority since 2006 in the same apartment. The staff had changed but have always been comprised of excellent people. From manager to security and maintenance all perform the duties professionally at all times. Respect is always given to every resident despite situations that being used together. They have never dismissed any compliant as trivial, but instead given the attention one would expect in high end real estate. I would recommend this swelling to anyone in need of financial assistance.

They have bed bugs in all units, roaches and more! They could care less about the issues! Save yourself the issue and don't even apply! I told them many times even the same week we moved in and the brushed it off! Maintenance never comes to fix anything even if you call it in... It'll take months to even a year before they come take care of anything! I lost all my stuff because of the bug issues.. Moved out and now I'm starting from scratch.. Very unhappy with this place! It was no help what so ever.. Me and my family took a loss with this place! Never again.
