The Water Man

Changing my rating. We have been buying 3 bottles a week. We like the premium. But for the last 3 months they cant seem to figure out how to keep bottles. Every week they just shrug their shoulders at us as if its not a big deal. Well, we have to drink it, and the taste needs to be something we can handle, and the stuff they seem to have an abundance of, and no problem keeping bottles around is not fun to drink. Actively seeking alternatives since this business does not seem to appreciate our business.

I like that it's self serve drinking water after hours.

The owner/receptionist (Rosemary)is rude and argumentative. We would order water and not receive it and When we didn’t need water we would have tons of water dropped off. I have called several times trying to get the situation in order and she kept blaming me for all of the mishap and lack of communication on her end. Then told us that we needed to call her when we needed water and when we did the driver would never show up. This woman did not want to do her job!
