I had placed a last minute order online for a floral arrangement. The arrangement arrived and it was not as pictured on the website due to some supply issues. I understand Covid had caused some issues with supply chains, so this wasn't really a surprise. When I reached out to the shop to inquire on the difference in the arrangement and vase, they were so warm and professional. It seems the problem is more on the side of the FTD description than the part of the shop. To make it right they assisted in putting together something else to better fit what was needed. They went above and beyond what any other business would have done. Their service truly made a less than perfect birthday, perfect. There is no doubt they have our business for the next 4 years while our student is at ISU. My only suggestion is to call them to talk about what you want instead of web ordering. The supply chain is only providing so much right now. It is not their fault the vases and flowers vary. If they could I am sure they would give you exactly what you order on the site. They are so nice and helpful.

My husband got me flowers for our Anniversary and I could not believe what was sent to me . The flowers were wilted and looked very old . The green thing around the flowered looked like a weed and the bow was a big tangled mess . I’m not a florist but I could have done much better if I done it myself . There was NO ! Care put in it . The ugliest flowers I’ve ever seen in my entire life and the first time I’ve ever had to complain about flowers. Dried up old wilted weeds I’m sorry my husband spent money on this he got ripped off . I still appreciate the thought but we will never get flowers from these people again .
Beautiful and creative arrangements, pulling unusual flowers into the mix. They even smell wonderful. Exquisite.
