I have used Santa Fe Glass and Mirror a number of times for my home in rental properties. The owner of the company, Roger, is a very friendly, technically skilled, and customer oriented business owner. this company also owns a proprietary product which keeps your glass shower doors from spotting. This product keeps your shower doors looking new for many years. I would not hesitate to recommend him for commercial or residential properties and I will continue to use him. He stands behind his work. Jack
We had used Santa Fe Glass and Mirror in the past for a shower glass installation. The workers were courteous and showed up on time. We were wanting to get another bathroom updated so we set up a measurement appointment. I had to call the company after no one showed. The owner, Roger, called and ended up hanging up on me when I voiced my irritation that no one had showed for my appointment. There was no attempt at providing any customer service what so ever. Don’t use this company if you have another viable option.
This is the most frustrating business I’ve ever tried to work with! I ordered a simple glass table top from them almost 1 month ago and it’s still not delivered. I was told it would be delivered last week and they were a no show. I keep calling them abs leaving a message to find out if / when they’ll ever deliver but no one calls me back. I regret not taking their poor reputation seriously
Prices are above average, quality of services is debatable (glass pane not ready as promised, no notification), and you can count on them to be so rude that one might wonder whether this shop is located in the US or somewhere in the former Soviet Union. This said and if you can deal with all of it, they seem to know their business.
Santa Fe Glass & Mirror has installed different style glass bathroom enclosures in two of our bathrooms. Our experience with the owner, office and installation staff has been excellent. Responsive, skilled and high quality work. Will and Antonio just finished installing the glass on our second bathroom. They arrived on time, were very polite, and worked quickly and quietly. There are a bunch of glass and mirror companies in Santa Fe. I would recommend Santa Fe Glass & Mirror without reservation.
