Nothing cheaper than any other store

Everything is super cheap and you never know what you are going to find because a lot of items change every week. The books, which would normally cost $14-$30, only cost maybe $2 for the majority. The most I have seen any book cost there is $5, which was for the new 2020 Guineas Book of World Records. We come here about once every week or so, and we love that it is a Christian store. There are Bibles and tons of books by Christian authors and we have bought...a lot. It is really interesting because you can buy fishing rods (which are like $10) and legos ($5) in the same store as paint. It is a mix of several stores in one place and it is really cool.

I absolutely loved Ollie's because they have everything you could think of and more at the most AMAZING AMD AWESOME PRICES, however the best part was the fact being an amputee on crutches can sometimes be a challenge. Especially when your reaching for something and accidentally knock over something, however the employees were the most caring, compassionate, understanding, and more so then alot of other places respectful and were more then willing to immediately help if I needed it. They were so friendly and helpful, but most of all were actually very awesome to me. The store yes was a tad cluttered yet I found some VERY MUCH NEEDED items for our new home we needed since we just moved that were at a very inexpensive price which was perfect for me as I am on a very limited income. So do I recommend Ollie's, YES MOST DEFINITELY!!! YOU WILL BE MORE THEN HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASES AND GLAD THAT YOU DID!!!

The store is VERY full... to the point of clutter and overwhelm. There are some signs, but you really can't see them until you're standing beside them.nnPrices were under full retail but definitely more than I expected. A $19.99 retail item might, be $12 let's say. Other items had more discount than that, but they were scattered about.nnI specifically went looking for bungee cords. It took 30 minutes to find the section and I only found them because another shopper had seen them.nnOverall, I wasn't overly impressed by prices and certainly not impressed with organizing.

We were in a long line. One register open. Another woman was working up front on damaged goods and never even offered to help the cashier....Although she was aware of the growing line. She just looked sullen, bad attitude and definitely unhappy with her job. I'm thinking she needs to find a different job.NOT very good customer service!! Not sure we will go back there again. Absolutely ridiculous. We visit the one in Lafayette regularly and they are all about keeping customers moving quickly through check out and lots of happy people!!
