I looked all over town for the perfect custom pendant. At Hytrek's I found the skill, artistry and relational raptor that brought my vision into reality. I think my wife's gonna cry when she sees it.

My initial experience at Hytrek’s was a positive one. My ring is custom designed and it is beautiful, I could not be happier with the product. My issue lies in the service that I have received from the owner. I have been waiting for my appraisal for three months now with no end in sight. A month ago I called to inquire about it and was told They just need to measure my diamond and then the appraisal would be done. We went in that same day and they took the measurements and said they would call us by the end of the week. Needless to say, we never received a call. The following Monday we called them, and excuse after excuse it is now a whole month later and still no appraisal in sight. I called to see today if it was ready and was met with more excuses followed by the owner trying to talk me out of getting the appraisal and “just use the receipt for insurance purposes”. Unfortunately, the diamond and metal used for my ring were taken from a family heirloom, meaning that we did not pay for them and the receipt doesn’t match the value of the ring. As a result, we need the appraisal.nnI will be exercising my right as a consumer and taking my business elsewhere. Skeies has offered to appraise my ring and I’m sure they will have no problem taking my money for our wedding bands as well. I am all for supporting local businesses but at the end of the day, you are running a business and you need to be able to meet your deadlines and provide for your customers.

Terrible experience here. Abusive and racist owners. These are not the type of people you want to support.
