Wow.... everything is nice but $$$! Even the sale rack was $79.99 for a winter jacket (it was July). I'm not going to spend the money on one there when I can spend half that at JC Penney and get almost the same thing....

Love the styles! But not one person acknowledged me during my 20 minutes in the store. Guess i did look rich enough. Not sure if i will go back, or find another chico's. I loved the service in Seattle.

There’s not a 0 star option, if there were I that’s how i would rate my experience a few minutes ago. I guess the sales clerk didn’t realize you can hear everything in the dressing rooms. I decided to dress casual today because I knew I would be trying lots of clothes on, so just in jeans and tennis shoes, not sure if that’s why the sales clerk told the customer in the adjoining room i was just a “regular” customer and she was a “special” customer. Hmmm....ud83dude0f I am a business owner and if one of my employees ever made a comment like that, they would be looking for a new job. Not impressed!
