One of my favorite experiences at a shop I’ve ever had! I forgot to get my piercers name but he was incredibly nice and very detailed in explaining everything to me, the front of the house staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I was a little curious how the experience would be with Covid 19 restrictions in place but the entire time I felt safe and at ease, the place was spotless as well. Overall extremely satisfied and will definitely be back! Thanks y’all
Incredible customer service! Ayla helped me find the perfect jewelry and I ultimately went with a genuine diamond stud for my nostril piercing. She gave me after care instructions and was very informative. The whole experience was top notch, i felt welcomed, most importantly i felt like a guest instead of a customer. Tania is AMAZING ! ! ! i won't be going anywhere else from now on ! Tania's calm and friendly demeanor and professional attitude is what made me want to write this review. The place is super clean, and abiding by the covid precautions. Check them out before wasting your money elsewhere!
Great experience getting my daith pierced! Tania pierced me and was extremely kind and calming. They walked me through every step.
Now I know this is a little late to be posting cause I had it done years ago but I came here when I was 16 and got my lip done (1 ring on each side ) and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Only took them a few minutes to complete everything and they were very professional about it ud83dude0a I'm currently 20 and still have very healthy happy lip piercings
I have been here for one nose piercing and 2 tattoos and I will go here for any future piercings and tattoos while living in the Eugene area. The staff and artists are respectful, skilled, and helpful. I highly recommend!
