Love this store and the wide variety of merchandise they sell. The last three times Ive been in Melanie has been awesome! She is always so friendly and helps me find exactly what Im looking for.

Meh.nnEdit: In response to you, there is no way you're a 'small business' like normal small businesses, you are in one of the most expensive locations downtown, and I don't see why you would pride yourself on your customer service. Perhaps I looked too bearded or 'Eugene' to think I was doing anything but killing time. Maybe I just got Pretty Woman'd...

Gilt and Gossamer is my favorite boutique in Eugene!! The staff is so friendly and they always have a great selection of clothes. Their sale section is also always a hit. I would definitely recommend dropping by there next time you're downtown!

I like that their clothing selection is a little different from the usual...Sales staff is always friendly and helpful without getting on my nerves. :) Pricing matches the quality. I never intend to purchase when I walk into to browse, but have never left without buying something...and I always get compliments on my choices from Gilt+Gossamer. Highly recommend.

Came in here trying to find a gift for my girlfriend. Got some great help from Melanie. Didn’t buy anything today but will be back soon!
