I just had my Tanzanite ring polished and reset....It looks better than the day I bought it....The gals who work there reassured me that the ring would look better than new..and they were right. Thank YOU....

So, last November I went in to purchase an engagement ring. No problem. Found the ring set for her and started credit. Put money down after a hard hit to my credit report. No problem. However, in July after making all my payments I went in, only owed a few hundred bucks, found a ring for myself because after all, wedding was August 17th. Well, sorry, we have to run your credit again which means another hard hit on the credit I'm trying to build.. what the hell? You can't take my money down on this item and add it to my current credit? Wow.. I expressed my displeasure and confusion because I thought they were there to help build not hurt the credit. I ended up going to Fred Meyer jewelers and got a screaming deal and payed a couple hundred less. When I called the account department for Harry Ritchie's all they could say was that they were sorry I was displeased. Good thing that last payoff is in less than a week. I won't ever be spending my money there again. I feel like the whole time I should have dealt with Fred Meyer Jewelers from the start, especially for such an enormous occasion.

This is a great store, they always get my orders right and are very helpful when im looking into getting some new watches.nI would highly recommend buying your jewlery from here, for the fact that they work with you on you budget and payments. They will help you find what you're looking for, and wont just be the typical sales person. Very honest people and easy to work with!
