There client ran a red light and totaled my truck. They only cared to settle so I don't sue the driver for injuries. 10 days later no progress at all. Just passed along to the next agent and the next.. one lady completely unprofessional and extremely insulting.nNo rental car because I'm not willing to put a deposit after I've lost so much. seriously unfair. Now they are trying to give me less than half of what my truck is worth. Hopefully you don't get hit by an All-State driver. Going to have to hire someone so I get what I lost. Totally unfair the way they take advantage of innocent victims.

In choosing an Insurance Office, a good rate is the first incentive but we stay with that Company which offers a combination of both, reasonable premiums and service. Sherry's staff, in particular, Awbrie, Electra and Deana impressed me with their knowledge and prompt responses. Both of them went the extra mile to see my needs were satisfactorily met especially in dealing with my Mortgage Company here and insurance needs in another State. I have been with Sherry for the past few years. Twice now she discussed my policy information with my ex-husband. The first time she did it she admitted she did and said she wouldn't do it again. A month later she did it again. I have filed a complaint with dfr.oregon.gov and switched to another agent.
