Anytime I have a question or need assistance my agent has always been there for me. Quick, helpful, responsive and willing to go the extra mile. I have never been more pleased with a car insurance agency in my 20 years of driving.

These people are absolutely great. Especially in this time of hit and miss paychecks, B.S. unemployment money, they have been very nuce, accommodating and patient with me. I'm not going anywhere else.

Raina, our agent, is always eager to help us out. She is knowledgeable about the products they supply, and provides valuable information. The receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. They were able to make adjustments to our policy when necessary. My husband and I would definitely recommend LeDoux!

I cannot say enough GOOD things about LeDoux Insurance Agency where I have my Progressive auto insurance. My agent, Sarah, was magnificent in that she was efficient, quoted an affordable car insurance amount, and to top it off, sold me Apartment insurance....BOTH at a very reasonable monthly cost. The last car insurance I had was Allstate who kept increasing my monthly payment until it was over $100.00. At LeDoux my monthly payment for both car and apartment insurance is under $100.00. LeDoux Insurance Agency sells other types of insurance as well. I highly recommend you check them out.

Lora Polk!! What great customer service! Insurance got canceled and I would have been in sticky situation come Monday..... Lora stayed after her store closed to make sure my insurance got reinstated. Being a business owner myself I know how important it is to give the best service possible..... and whenever I am on the other end receiving awesome customer service... it truly is a great feeling .....that someone went out of their way to help their customer. Thanks again Lora!
