On April 29, 2020 I visited VIKING SEWING, VACUUM, SPA & STOVE. First, I was very pleased to find that your store was diligently following Oregon state suggested rules during the COVID-19 outbreak. Secondly, I ordered three parts and one of the parts needed to be retrofitted in order to fit properly on the soft tub I bought from you nearly 12 years ago. I was a bit skeptical that it would work but I chose to trust what you were telling me and It worked beautifully: the repair took less than 10 minutes. Thank you for excellent service.

Don't take your sewing machine to them. They'll take a week to tighten a screw on your sewing machine and then charge you $100 for it.

My husband dropped off our vacuum robot to have it repaired a few months ago and we hadn't heard anything from them so he stopped by today to check with them. At first the person at the counter said that they didn't have any vaccums like ours in the store. But they went to go check on it. When the person heping him returned she they said that the technician got so frustrated that he gave up....what? In all of these months they never bothered to give us a call?
