Staff at counter is always professional and friendly. This is the only post office i use. Keep up the good work!
I saw the mail carrier stop halfway Down the road and stopped delivering mail. Went back to his truck and left. Skipped about 5 houses.
I have nothing good to say about this location period. I had to set-up informed delivery because the carrier STEALS certain mail. I understand that the post office has a distribution center and several detours when coming from out of town, but some of it comes from Evansville. I just want to RECOVER my stolen mail!! When I address the issues, customer service is horrible and pretty much nonexistent! Since I have had mail stolen several times, I am going to file a police report instead of “opening a claim with USPS”. I have had several theft issues with my mail and when I confront the supervisor, he defends his carriers, which is fine, but this states they do not care that their staff are trained thieves! The carrier never takes my bills, just mail that seems like a cash out!! Gift certificates and gift cards are always taken and I filed a complaint with the post master to only be told their carriers aren’t like that!! Well, nobody is ever like that, until he/she gets caught.
I have recently got a new carrier since then 2 packages have not been delivered to my LOCKED mail box and they were small items.I went in 2 times and talked to the manager and she said he delivered them to me ,hmm no he didn’t he lift my Vectren bill but took 2 Christmas packages.So now I can’t order on line anymore.Its sad because Austin our old mail man was honest sweet and never had in trouble.
The employees are always kind and helpful. I appreciate this at the end of a long day.
