This for the delivery service. Haul and install yourself. Definitely a waste of time and not helpful for the working 9-5 folk. I left work when I received the message they would be arriving in ten minutes. I waited an hour and then called because no one arrived. Once I called they said or it’s automatic, that’s not helpful. And then received a call they were then 10 minutes away and here I am almost an hour and a half later. Seems to be a huge disconnect between the delivery and store.
Bryan was awesome to work with! Hooked us up with a 4-appliance Package very quickly during a busy time and coordinated install so that everything was in within a week.nnThe installers were amazing. Very respectful in the this time of COVID. Did very thorough jobs and made sure I understood the appliances and was happy with the results.nnI would definitely use Kelly’s again and will recommend to our friends and family. Thank you!
Bryan Mumme at the Eugene store is wonderful! Quick, thorough and detailed, he made our whole process easy and well-priced. Originally, Jim Lockwoodnhad packaged up our appliance package all from the sale floor and we were thrilled. But when our remodel extended in time, I phoned in to RE-start our order and got Bryan after Jim left during CoVid and we got an even better package price INCLUDING delivery. We are thrilled! I’ll recommend Kelley to everyone- and I’m a realtor!
Had a great experience with the crew over at Kelly’s. I was in a race against time to find an AC unit before a heatwave. I called them up looking for a larger size unit and David went above and beyond to physically check his last remaining stock for me to get me all the details I needed, made sure I got an amazing deal, and they gave me a great discount to keep me on within my budget limits. I personally have over 15 years of retail and wholesale sales experience, and trust me, the people at this establishment will take care you and get you what you need with great assistance and care.
