Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut is GREAT. The service and management are fantastic. Always friendly, always on time to the minute. Used to go to local pizza joints, and it was always late and a hassle.

I ordered with customer service and yes it was 30 mins before closing maybe 45 but they took my order I waited and waited well no pizza I called the man said he was closing and they should've took my order okay refund my money well I waited zero with a bad attitude than I called the female manager zero refund with her even seeing my order and saying it didn't go out well refund my money zero money and it's been at the start of the pandemic

Put me on hold. I understand they are busy. But then I hear the dude sniffling into the phone. 2 minutes into hold. I work for a restaurant were or number 1 focus is customer service. This is horrible. Just lost a customer, and that stuff adds up. No wonder your business is failing. By the way, it's Jan 24. 5 pm. Whoever is answering your phones is not only making your driver's lose money, but also your restaurant. Papa John's just treated me with respect and will get my money from now on.

Ordered 3 toppings pepperoni and double sausage they didn't put double sausage on.

I ordered a medium pizza special online & noticed that instead of the thin crust I thought was ordered, it said pan on my receipt. I immediately called to correct & was told they made the change. My order was paid with a credit card online, they sent my order out & upon delivery, 1hr 10min later, I was told that I owed another $4 & change. The driver called the manager and was told that because the order changed, there was an additional amount due that couldn’t be charged to my card. I refused & he left with my pizza. I called the manager & he said the special was for online only & if I wanted to reorder online with the right crust, I could. I get the principal of what I was told, but it seems much too literal that they can’t even change a crust? Nonetheless, I could have been told this when I originally called to correct the order, as well, I could have been called when they they realized there was going to be an additional charge upon delivery. Instead they sent the pizza out as normal and expected me to pay an additional $4+ upon receipt. Thinking I’ve already completed my purchase, I am quite confused and refuse this proposition? Then the driver goes back, the pizza gets thrown away & I’m told that u need to reorder online with the right crust and we’ll resend the driver with the correct item for the price I originally purchased for? their priorities are definitely out of line, as customers are obviously not what this store cares about. I ordered from Dominos & had it in 40min! I told them the story, they gave me free wings!
