Settled in the historical area of Newburgh Indiana this mobile home community is the best in the area!nManagement is reliable, helpful , trustworthy, friendly and lives in the community.nIt is clean , peaceful, beautiful and rules are strictly enforced for everyone’s safely and peaceful living !nWe look out for one another ( but are not in each other’s business) , we have no crime or need to worry about it , our children and pets are safe and the lot rent is the best you’ll find !nIf your looking for the perfect place to buy or place a mobile home you’ve found it !!nThank you Knob Hill Owners , Management and Employees for providing us a fantastic place to call home !!!

For being an older trailer park from back in day , I had friends from college live there and I visited often. They keep up on there standards there in the aspects of clean up to date trailers , paved streets all through and quite . Up to standards
