I would very much like to know why my medications take 2 days to get from the east side where they are mailed from to downtown and 2 more days to get back to the east side where I live! It left downtown at 3am yesterday and it hasn't even arrived at Lawndale yet, did you go by way of the north pole?!? Even if I crawled I could gotten across town by now! My kid's not going to get his meds tomorrow morning because y'all can't do your jobs!!! Do you realize you could kill someone that way, what if it was asthma meds, or heart meds? Shame on you all!
Ordered a item and it was shipped on July 22 2020. It arrived at the Evansville postal annex on July 25 and is still there!!!! You put in the tracking number and it says delayed and that has been sense July 27 and the tracking information hasn’t changed only showing July 29 as the last update on my package. It is now August 1 2020 and the tracking still has the same information. It was shipped priority mail 2nd day delivery, I could have walked there and back with my package by now!! And they say mail in ballots. NO WAY!! It would be lucky to arrive by the next election. I thought FedEx was bad, this is a lot worse. The postal service has been paid for a service that they haven’t fulfilled. No wonder the USPS is bankrupt they can’t deliver!!!!! The bosses should do there job and hold employees accountable. Terrible service!!!!
Here's a little fable for you: Ordered and had shipped a vital item June 24 2020. As of July 8, still parked at Post Office Parking lot in Evansville In. Opened a case with local office, they say: Wait it out. Pathetic answer from a pathetic company. I called Evansville Post Office Distribution Annex. No answer - AROUND THE CLOCK! I get it, no one wants to work, and no one is responsible. Maybe get that message out BEFORE people rely on you to get the job done. Pandemic or not, your capabilities leave me confused. Just awful.
Only have one star because I had to just to say this is the worse post office everrrrr. I sent out a letter it’s been three weeks going on four and my sister still hasn’t received it they told me they r short handed. That’s because they make it so hard to get these jobs now we can’t get mail this is a BIG MESS!!!
Have had a package that was supposed to be delivered to N.C. August 4th..It is now the 12th and my tracking shows it is still in Evansville IN..this is crazy and ridiculous..why aren't these people doing their job and getting mail out..after a week at this spot theres no excuse
