Most times great fast service, but a very few workers make you drop the star. They need training on a little bit of patience and kindness.. but overall great place for any mailing needs.
Lady was very rude, made me spend more because i used there free label to send it. That is reversed mail fraud. What really makes me mad is the fact that I use the US post office cause they need help. Will not get my help anymore. I'll use ups. Don't care if there expensive. They treat you right. More I think about it, does anyone know how to report an incident to the post master, manager etc.

One of the best ways to recieve mail in all of the United States of America.
After waiting on hold for 30 minutes I was really disappointed to have to talk to someone who was very rude, talked over me, and didn't want to answer my questions because of my unfamiliarity with the USPS procedures. I'm sure she was very overwhelmed with all the calls because that should be the only reason I waited for 30 minutes, but unfortunately that's the job and as someone who works in a call center, I'd be written up for that behavior.
