This location at 800 N. Green river Rd. is worthless!!nnWarning, There is only 1 person working at the Window. Long line with a long wait!!nI mailed a PRIORITY 1 DAY PACKAGE and this is the 4th Day and it's still not there. The package was going 20 miles. I could've walked it there and gotten it there quicker!!!nI called the 1 800 # and of course it's a recording that says due to Covid-19, it is taking longer to get there due to limited drivers!!!! What???
The woman who works here is the most rudest person I have ever dealt with. She is extremely rude and has treated me as though I was slower. She talks to me like I am stupid for asking simple questions. I have been in there on three different occasions, once she even yelled at me. I am extremely disappointed in the manager for allowing her to treat people like this

This is the Best Post Office in Evansville, Indiana!!! The person, Danielle, who works there full time is friendly, knows her business well, makes sure your packages and mail get to the right address for the lowest cost available. She is fast and has fantastic customer service and support! I have seen another post office on South Green River road which management tells off employees in front of customers which is totally a bad showing of USPS! These type of managers should be fired for poor management skills, employee and customer support!!! When you see bad things like the other post offices do in Evansville, Indiana you have to wonder what the alternative is? At the little post office that Danielle works at you Do Not see any problems just a good atmosphere, hear good music in the background and even some good smelling flowers! This is the way the USPS should be represented!!!
