I love jimmy john's as a quick place to grab some food. I order it so frequently that the people at my usual stores know me as soon as I come in. The last few (think 10) times I've ordered from this store and had it delivered to my work, it's taken at least an hour sometimes longer to get my food, and when I call and ask what is going on all they say is that it's out for delivery and will arrive when it arrives. It's super unprofessional and extremely annoying, especially since they won't deliver if the place you're at is more than 5 minutes away from their location. Which just tells me they are either so short staffed that they need to do a hiring run or they just aren't doing their jobs.

I was in the drive thru today Thursday, October1,2020 at 8:34 p.m. and was told that the restaurant was closed for the night. I asked the hours and they said 9:00 was closing time.nYour website states closing time is 10:00. No worries as I drove 2 miles to the Jimmy Johns on North Green River Road and they were open and happy to have my business. I know which one I will choose from now on.

Date 11/21/2020 8:15pmnnAfter waiting 5 minutes in the drive thru in silence, had to call the store to notify them that I was there. Once I pulled up, the 3 associates I could see were either not wearing a mask, or not wearing a mask above the chin.nnAfter the female took my order, she stood in a circle with other workers talking, while sifting through money for a drawer. This same worker then proceeded to make my meal. Once I got home, there were ingredients missing from my sandwich.nnHonestly, this store, along ith Green River store, have been absolutely terrible. The Jimmy Johns locations in Illinois are freaking incredibly fast and efficient, Im done with Evansville's Jimmy Johns.

Unreliable. Placed order 3 hours before they close online. Got order confirmation but no food. Tried calling store. 4 times. No answer. Ugh. What a sham.
