I’d eat here again if it were free. If I have to pay, I’d rather eat Subway. This isn’t even the same league as Jimmy John’s, Potbelly’s, Quizno’s, etc.nnEverything tasted fine. Both of our sandwiches had a pleasant, slight sweetness to them. Neither sandwich had enough lettuce, tomato, or onion for our taste, but this is a minor point.nnThe real issue for us was freshness. The bread was not made fresh, which makes a huge difference. Fresh bread is a treat, while day old (or more) bread is just okay at best. The lack of freshness continued with the salad, as you can see from the lettuce in the picture. Maybe it was a good thing that our sandwiches barely had any lettuce on them.nnThey didn’t include the cookie we ordered, so be sure to double check your order if you go. Check your veggies, too.

I went in the other night and got 3 sandwiches, and go home to eat. The meatball sub I ordered was atrocious, the worst tasting meatball sandwich I have ever had. Ive had better microwaved deli sandwiches. I ended up going back to the restaurant to get my wife more of their potato soup which was phenomenal, and made a point to inform the General Manager in the store that they may want to check on the meatballs because they did not taste good. I made a point to say something to him 2 times while waiting on my potato soup (which he did not have enough of to fill my order after double checking before I paid). I just think is poor customer service not to check with the customer complaining about a food item on the menu. This was my first time at Firehouse subs and likely will be my last due to the quality of customer service. My visit was about 8pm on 10/20/2020.

Service wasn’t horrible, but food was. We ordered last night, and won’t be again. Bread was soggy, cookie was hard as a rock.

Was really good I tried the Firehouse Steak and Cheese and my fiance got the Firehouse Chicken Bacon Ranch. Firehouse offers something i haven't seen at Subway and that's the 8-inch sub which is perfect when 12 is too much and 6 isn't enough. I recommend to sandwich lover's.
