Late in the evening Tuesday night my kids wanted pizza and cinnamon sticks from pizza hut , so rare that I write reviews but the two young gentleman who took my order and checked me out once I arrived were simply magnificent ,helpful and accommodating at the last minute of closing. The pizza was as we expected hot and fresh. Being in the food business my self just wanted to give the 2 good fellows the thumbs up ud83dudc4d.
I ordered a new pizza with Beyond Meat Sausage & extra cheese. I talked to a very friendly nice young guy and when I picked up the pizza he came to the window with my pizza. I can't tell you how many times he thanked me for ordering. I am SO mad about that pizza, I can not tell you how GOOD that Sausage was, it was GREAT and I almost ate it all by myself! And thats why I'm mad!
Before the 24 of this month we got Pizza every friday night delivered. Also right out the oven hot an delivery people always super nice.
Driving all the way from TN to my hotel, so I order pizza with a time for after my arrival. The email I get shows an hour earlier delivery, so I called to see if they would correct the order time or at least let me pick it up when I get to town. “Manager Chris” is refusing to just let me pick it up or change my time without cancelling my order and making me pay again, then waiting 2-10 business days for a refund for the original purchase. Will never be back to this location ever as they lack the proper working equipment and lack customer service skills - don’t have any issues with any other Pizza Hut stores.
Manager Robin is awesome. Super helpful and professional. Food was great.
