I had some information to turn in. Didn't have to wait and everyone was so friendly.

I have a new case worker almost every 6 months or 3. But this one I have had mad it so so eazy for me not to stress over all this covid-19 going on.i really need any Richardson to know how much I appreciate her n her help.thia really needs to go straight to her manager because I have not had a good week at all n she helped me out when all she could hv said was ..I'm sorry not much I can do ..like the rest say..so thx so so much u r a blessing from above no joke you are a really really Case worker no doubt

These workers at this place lack common sense. Sent me on a wild goose chase after they said they needed my birth certificate after I've been enrolled for years then said I didnt need it went into get a paper printed off and they told me I needed it again! These people are not the brightest and they get rude when you let them know they are messing up on their end!

This place and most of its employees are just a waste of time, the three sitting in the front have no clue about they're job and have no empathy or consideration for others. They don't listen to what you tell them, all they do is just try to get you out of their face so you don't bother them. I'm a hard working mother and grandmother and I think it's wrong to be treated with such disrespect and belittled because I'm asking questions about something I'm paying for anyway! Please do something about this because no one is working!

This place is terrible! The absolute worst customer service. Every single employee at this place is rude and inconsiderate. No compassion or respect.
