As latino, us citizen and retired Marine my first time walking into this office, only to be talked down to, and for the first time in my 26 years in the US that truely felt descrimated agaist. Then to have my concernded dismised like they dont care it makes me sick. that secretary from new york should be fired!!

Employees at this IRS office doesn't have enough knowledge, common person have more knowledge of irs rules sometimes, employees are rude , just want you to get out of the office so they can just chill do nothing and get paid, they must have got this job bcos they know someone

Talk about the swamp........

Lady was SUPER rude. I was just going to make a payment and all she had to do was just accept my check. It was already made out, but she wouldn't, said there were signs that said had to have an appointment and there was NO one else there, so it wasn't like she was busy. Would of taken less than 5 minutes of her time. She didn't need to be so rude. I will never go there again. I wish I could of given NO stars
