Evansville East BMV Branch

The staff was amazing. Honestly, the dmv gets a bad rep for a bunch of people who could care less about your problems, but not this time. Kristi was incredibly helpful when it came to my motorcycle endorsment and was very polite. The door greeter as well was incredibly patient and all in all im impressed. Good job gals!!!

Everyone knows that going to the BMV is never an easy process, however going to the branch on Virginia in Evansville was just about my easiest trip yet. They have someone standing at the door to look over all of your documents and make sure you have everything you need which is great, because I didn't have to stand in line for 30 minutes to find out I was missing a form. I went and retrieved the form, came back and was helped within 10 minutes. They seem to have a good process in place for COVID measures and I was happy with the results.

Ashley was awesome! Hassle free experience with out of state title change and a special construction title. This stuff is easy people, do your homework and have your paperwork ready. The staff at this branch always is helpful.

In and out, it's set up even better now with the new coronavirus rules in effect

Only rule I disliked and disagreed with was being separated from my spouse the whole time; including waiting in line, outside. Tha facility is spacious and very nice. Everything was quick and efficient.
