Pediatric Nursing Specialists

I dislike the fact the below review is on here Because it mentions my name and I'm not the manager and I only told this lady a child's diagnosis, so she could understand that the elderly nurse could handle her job at that home and that is not a Hippa Violation . I only was doing my job as told by the company. I am sorry she was upset but she was not happy with the company in general. I hope she is getting the help she needed. She needs to realize that we are all human and therefore misunderstandings can be made because if we were perfect we would be God and no one is him. Thank you

They took over six months to find a nurse to accommodate our child even though I have an open schedule. My only request was that the nurse be available between the hours of 8am and 4pm. When we did get assigned a nurse, she was elderly and I did not believe her to be able to handle my child. Pauletta, the manager, very nearly violated hippa by telling me quite a bit about the elderly nurse's previous patient. I decided to give the elderly nurse a try and then she immediately became unavailable due to family health reasons. Another appointment was made with Pauletta, which she canceled the day of, telling me that she had an appointment for herself that she needed to be at but ahe would come by the next day at the same time (without confirming this with my schedule). This business has no respect for anyone's time and made some huge mistakes during the time we were with them.
