Even though the gas is the highest in the area, the staff is friendly and service is good. Been going to Shell on River Road for years, mainly due to the staff. Awesome customer service. Friendly, helpful staff who like to get customers in and out as quick as they can.nnClean interior, clean bathrooms.
I have been to this gas station a few times now and every time I have encountered horrible customer service. The staff is very rude, when I asked the manager (John?) to speak to his employees about better customer service, he brushed me off and completely disregarded my comment.

The gas station was clearly open (1 in the afternoon) but no one came to help me after waiting at the pump for 5 minutes. When I went inside to ask for service the staff was very rude.
If you want $140 held on your card for 24 hrs for only $15 of gas, this is the place to go. Otherwise, go somewhere else. Ridiculous.
