This pharmacy has the rudest women I've ever had to deal with. They even withheld my medicine from me. I have never in my life been done so rudely. They need to be fired. Always has a chip on their shoulder. I can't rate this bad enough.

Never in my life have I ever called a pharmacy, and them not answer the phone ...I was waiting for 15 min for someone to answer the phone just to end up hanging up and trying to call again ...then waited another 10 min just to hang up again. I ended up calling the green river location and they answered in less then a minute...this has happened multiple times with the covert location ...I am supremely annoyed and will not be going to that location anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would ...its super unprofessional and annoying ...i really think corporate should give them a visit and re-instruct them on what good customer service is ...geez

In approximately the last 10 years that we've dealt with this particular CVS store they have never filled my six or seven prescriptions correctly any one time on annual prescriptions with 90-day refills they just cannot get it right I brought a signed printed copy of all my script numbers and detailed descriptions left it with young lady this morning came back this afternoon and one of the prescriptions they gave me a total different number and still didn't fill it correctly you never see the same two people working here when you come in here everybody's part-time and temporary it's a lousy way to run a business

Go to the CVS on Washington and 41 not here! These people are very Unprofessional Pharmacist! I’ve been calling them and visiting them for 3 days about having my birth control refilled. I’ve taken my last pill yesterday and they still don’t have my prescription in stock! They told me I have to wait until Friday! Today is Tuesday. So now I have to start ALL over again. Instead of them just giving me a substitute prescription. They told me that I had to go to the cvs in Booneville! So I decided to call the cvs on 41 and Washington. The pharmacist there was nice. They didn’t have my specific brand but they had the generic. I was able to get my prescription from there.
