I love this place. The staff is very polite and professional. The store is clean and inviting. They have a wide variety of quality stuff at fair prices. And the most important thing to me is, I always feel safe shopping there. It is the only pawn shop I am willing to do business with. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time ever shopping at a pawn shop, and it was a great experience! I have been calling all over town to see if anyone had a good price on any pre-owned Kirby vacuums (I'm not paying $1,500+ for a new one) I called Vally Pawn and it seemed that they didn't have their phone set up to receive calls, so I messaged them on their Facebook page. I got a message back saying that they do have Kirby vacuums, and they even sent me pictures of the ones they had. I went into the store and checked them out and tested the one I liked. It worked great! It just needed a good cleaning, and some routine maintenance. Once I got done cleaning and maintenancing it, I tested it out on my dog fur covered carpet, and it works better than I could have imagined! It got all of the dog fur out of the carpet that my old vacuum was unable to get. I'm so very happy! I am so thankful for all the great people who helped me in the shop today, you all are wonderful!!!

This is my go to pawn shop. They are always polite and courteous and help me out when I need it. Not a single visit has been bad. They give the highest amounts in town and their staff is superb. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend doing business with them.

Amazing people. Found the knife my girlfriend had been looking for at an amazing price. Very kind, very respectful people who are always willing to help! Definitely come here again!

Best pawn shop in the state, maybe even in the region. I’ve been to a lot of pawn shops from California to Texas and this one is awesome. Best prices, best selection, best customer service. If I could give you 10 stars I would. I’ve been shopping since they were in the small building across the street. I’ve purchased everything from guns, tools, jewelry, computers, etc.... I always go here and will continue. Best prices on firearms. I love this store.
