Picked up, laughed with their friend and hung up on me. Doesn’t pick up the phone and lost my important mail. When I asked the mail carrier where it could be she shrugged her shoulders and said figure it out.

Have not received my package after the tracking said it was received at the facility last week. When I went to the post office the supervisor could not locate my packages and took my name and number and said they would call back. It has now been 5 days since then and have received no call back. I received 1 of the 2 missing packages. When I tried to call the 800 number it's a recording that has no update other than what the website has. And for the local number no one answers. Really upset that it's less than 2 weeks till Christmas and my package (which is an important gift) has still not been received. I would not recommend sending any packages through the post office-use UPS or FEDEX!
Multiple problems with this mail carrier. Here is a list: mailbox always open, when it rains my mail gets soaked. I have a card on the inside of my box with only my info so they know only I live here. I still get everybody's mail. (6years running) At least a few times a month I get a package or my paycheck 3 days later than I should receive it. Mostly, the mailbox being left open is a big one for me.n7/1/2020nOnce again no knock and a letter in the mailbox! You guys are such a waste of time! I was home, my little dog was barking waking me up and the least you could do was bring me my package! You always do this to me. Every freaking time
