Checked on line to see if open. It said yes. So we drove there and they where closed. We where not the only ones. And we understand they may be closing for good

Evansville Water Bill with address that doesn't say Evansville at the end apparently doesn't work for proof of address, although that is the way the Evansville water dept. displays it on the bill. That after going showing up in the morning with the same info, processed everything approved the bill, no problems after about an hour I am told the system is down bring back my stuff later and they will finish up. First time was a bit frustrating but stuff happens, after an hour wait the second time and being told this I want to scream. Apparently if you want to change your address on your license at this branch you better take a couple days off work!

Unnecessarily RUDE. Every single person working we came in contact with. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend this location. Go somewhere else!!!

Took 15 year old daughter to get her permit. Apparently a birth certificate and social card aren't enough ID. And mail with her parents name isn't good enough. Not sure where we are supposed to get mail with her name on it.nshe is only 15. Rude.. We went back 45 minutes before they closed and they wouldn't let her in. Worthless people have to work somewhere I guess.
