I am completely happy and satisfied with the help I received at Droste's. My family has been using them for years. My mother passed away last year and I went to Droste's to help design some jewelry with my mother's jewelry. They were very understanding of the importance and did an amazing job. Had some issues with ordering online but thankfully an employee (judy) quickly helped answer all my questions through texts so we could sort out any issues. I suggest just visiting one of the locations in person if you can, everyone working was very friendly and helpful.
