Stephen Gillespie and his team are AMAZING! I have never bugged my previous agents with so many "what-if" questions, and had them be so gracious and responsive. Any time I have a question on my policy- whether my homeowner's insurance, car policy, or basic ? about life insurance- Destiny, Samantha, and Stephen are available or make a point to get back to me. The personal touch is so appreciated when usually I end up at a call center. Even when I've had issues with the claims center, they have stepped in to help me when the 1-800 folks are confusing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
