I'm from Texas trying to move to Oregon, and make sure I had a good truck when I arrived. Making a deal long-distance can be difficult and frustrating, but not here at Autorama Eugene ! Bought a 09 camery as is with no warranty. With no obligation to to help me if something went wrong miguel went out of his way when the alternator went out and in 15 minutes he stopped me from paying 1,400 dollars and got my car towed from the place that was about to take me to debt for a year and fixed the alternator for way less. I love when someone knows you don't have money and helps another human out way beyond the call of duty. As I know that this dealership will not forsake you even though you bought the car as is. You won't find this kind of customer service anywhere else. Thank you Miguel and AutoRama.
Miguel was outstanding in helping us get the exact vehicle we wanted! He was patient and professional even when we ran into challenges with payment due to Covid restrictions. He stayed way after hours as we had to travel from out of town and was nothing but accommodating and knowledgeable. All of the vehicles on the lot were quality options at great prices! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in the market for a nice and quality vehicle.
