What a wonderful dealership. Dante Johnson made my buying a new car the best experience for me. Pleasant, knowledgeable and very honest. This dealership is a rare find. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to buy a new car.

The people are so very kind, honest and helpful. It took very little time and they never tried to push anything on me which is a huge plus from a car dealership. My only concern is the employees don't always wear masks and don't really stay 6ft apart. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will be coming back in the future.

We met mark larson he was super nice, just a regular guy like us. Not pushy , showed me 2 different years of the car i wanted with price differences. He showed me a new one with like 50 miles on it. I couldnt quite afford the mo thly payment but the finance team worked it out for me and i got the newest car i ever owned in my life. Mark was helping all along tbe way it was s two day desicion, i had to sleep on it. The whole experience was the best, honest and upfront all the way.

I left a voice mail to try to resolve my issues with them and they have not returned my call, so here we go..first, I want to say that the counter person was kind and polite. I went in for an oil change and have been asking them to send me coupons for it since I moved to Eugene in April. They hadn't, but told me they would have one for me when I came in. I paid full price because they couldn't find a coupon. When I called to make an appointment, I told them about a sensor problem with my passenger seat belt. They asked about it at my appointment. They said it's fine because the scanner said it was, but if I have any problems with it, to bring it back to them. REALLY? I brought it to them. No one drove it to test or problem solve what was happening. That told me that they weren't really interested in fixing the problem. I just felt like I really wasn't valued as a customer and I'm sorry they didn't call me back to resolve the problem before this review.
