Love this little shop. The employees are so nice! Great prices and have never had a bad drink or experience. If you have a hard time choosing a drink, they will surprise you with some of the best drinks you could ask for! Definitely my new favorite place to go.
They've tried to charge us a different price for the same drink for weeks now. We've had to correct them every time we came through. It's probably because some of the girls are new, but it gets frustrating after a while. Otherwise the coffee is great and the girls are friendly.
Ok now this place should be called (WELCOME HOME) because my wife and I always feel at home when we go there. Due to the high volume of fake five star reviews left by companies, for companies, the highest score I ever offer for the best product or service is four stars. This having been said, the owner of this franchise is an absolute genius. He/she has discovered that IF you hire cute chicks to serve customers, they will come in droves, both men and women. Compared to the looks of those hired by Starbucks, these chicks are HOT!
The girl that was taking my order was not paying attention to my ordering. She was looking off into the distance at someone else. I had to repeat my order 3 times. During the second time where, she turned to all her coworkers, and said something completely unrelated to my ordering. The young girl who rang me up was sweet. When I received my drink and drove away I realized my drink was wrong. I ordered a 20oz iced coffee with cream, bit of sugar, and some caramel. Zero sugar and zero caramel. I feel that if she'd been more concerned with her customers, as she was some random person out in the parking lot, my order would have been correct.
