I recommend going to another location.nnThis location makes you feel unwelcome and keeps raising the prices without informing you why. For example Rachel at the window obviously got upset that I asked why the price was higher than what was listed on the menu... She then continued to be rude to me and barely gave me a straw when I asked...nGo to another location.nnTrust me..I tried to even call to discuss my concern and it was just shrugged off like they did not care. Very unprofessional.

I’m normally not one to leave a review. If you ask me if I want my muffin warmed and I say yes. Don’t let me tip you and drive away to find that it’s a cold muffin. Same thing with a Tea. If you ask how many pumps and I say 13, 21, 15 it doesn’t matter give me that many. It’s not yours to decide any ways, stop be so selfish. Not every one tips and not everyone who tips tips every time I get it . But if you can’t do the simple little things I’m gonna just either A) go to a different Starbucks or B) say screw it all together and save my money. Take pride in your work and stop being lazy. Doesn’t matter if it’s just hourly or $1,000,000 a year. Take pride ! 2 ears and one mouth for a reason.

Great Starbucks but yesterday morning I came in to order hot chocolate because the drive thru was wrapped and the baristas didn't acknowledged me standing there. They were focus on getting all the drive thru orders out and mobile app orders. I know they were very busy but I've been to other starbucks and was able to get my order quick when I walk in.

Awesome customer service! They helped me with a recipe I couldn't remember to make me a keto drink and were very friendly!

I know this locations is closed during these times. They do great work here. If they could. Maybe put a cone out for the drive through. I work near by and multiple cars drive through the drive through daily. Just a thought :)
