I don't know how to request the proper temperature, perhaps... My last visit got me a chai latte (with coconut milk) I couldn't even hold, let alone drink. This time, I asked for drinkable temp and it was barely tepid; cold by the time I could finish it.

The staff is always so friendly whatever location I go to! The lady that took our order when we walked up was super understanding since I've never used a credit card before and even though they were packed we still got our drinks relatively quickly

My family and I went here on Holloween.There were two ladies working, Irina and Debra whome were very good to us. We were on foot and forgot about having to have a card to pay & all we had is cash. we have two toddlers and they were very upset at the idea of not getting their drinks. The ladies working were very generous and spotted us our drinks. Super uber kind of them! I know my kids appreciated it and so did we. Thank you ladies and thank you Dutch Brothers!

Dutch Bros is a legitimate contender to Starbucks in the State of Oregon. I know, it sounds crazy - but it's true! The prices are very competitive to Starbucks and Pete's Coffee, often coming out to be cheaper. They also don't kid around when it comes to the levels of caffeine in their beverages... A a large latte from DB, which is about 28oz, has four shots of espresso: standard ud83eudd2fnnTheir staff is colorful to say the least. Usually kids in high school or young college students, there's no shortage on small talk or bubbly conversation. It's rumored that to even own a Dutch Brothers, one must work for the franchise for a number of years.nnThe beans also hold up, which is a bit of surprise for us caffeine aficionados. Not quite as eloquently pure as Starbucks, but the variety from DB is delicious in its own right and not afraid to trade blows. 4/5 stars.

I absolutely adore the crew that work here! Marcus is adorable and really goes out of his way to make sure you are receiving the best customer service.
