Santa Fe Jewelers Supply

I have come here for a few years for most of my jewelry supply needs. The staff is awesome. Specifically I wanted to thank Ian for being so kind and patient! She is always very attentive, and sweet and I want to make sure she is recognized for being so great!

My regular casting company has closed shop, at least for awhile. I found a recommendation for SFJS's services on an online jewelry forum. I ordered new jewelry tags through them for the first time, and I am blown away by their excellent customer service. Kristin walked me through all the options available to me, with knowledge and insight I've never had before about the mold-making process, casting, pricing, etc. She responded to all my questions thoroughly and timely. She kept me informed all through the production process, and made sure I got my mold back (as I'm a small biz, not a large producer.). The price was excellent, too. I just received the tags, and they are beautiful! I will be back when I need to reorder, and I highly recommend their services.

Great people great service

Called ahead to see if they had reading glasses in the size I needed and asked how many they had to be sure there would be a pair that weren't stretched out or scratched. I was told there were a few. I arrived waited 20 minutes and there was one pair that was very stretched out and fell off. Waist of time. On other occasions I have had good service.

SFJS has everything you could possibly need if you are a jeweler, beader, metal-worker, wire-worker, etc and so on... They have an amazing array of machines, tools, precious metals, raw materials, beads, packaging, displays, and all the jewelry-related components you could need to create your own works of art. The owners, Kristin and Steve, and their hard-working employees are courteous, efficient and very , very knowledgeable. Thank you, SFJS!
