I went to Marc and Helen with an idea for a custom piece that had significant spiritual and sentimental meaning to me. We collaborated on this idea and came to an agreeable price. I am very happy with the Fairtrade Gold Wedding band that I chose from Reflective Jewelry. I went for a very simple design to fit my style, but I love the fact that if you look closely you can tell that it was hand made by a master goldsmith. It meant a lot to me that Reflective Jewelry was able to source the gold to make the ring ethically. My wife loves it and I enjoy telling the story behind how it was made. My partner and I ordered rings online to pick up while we were visiting Santa Fe. In the three days we were there, they were able to size, set stones and antique the rings. Marc and his associate Michelle were more than helpful and able to complete the rings for our ritual in Chaco Canyon. We are so pleased with the quality of their craftsmanship and customer service.
