What a marvelous company! My husband gave me a beautiful unique SW silver and beaded watch years ago. Over time, and I mean "time" like decades, the elastic was over stretched. I could have DIY-ed but not to my real satisfaction. So, contacted them, super responsive, helpful and easy to work with. My watch went "home" to Peyote. The fixed the stretched out beaded band, polished up the silver face a gave it a good once over cleaned etc for about $35 which included shipping. Awesome , one of my most favorite watches is now good for at least another 10-15 years. 5 plus stars!!
