James Kallas is amazing. He helped me design a one of a kind engagement ring and it turned out beyond beautiful. He answered all my questions, provided me with an education on things I wasn't thinking about initially, and just made me feel confident about going forward. He and his staff were incredibly patient with all my questions and concerns and every step was efficient. I just can't think why you'd go anywhere else!
